	Joe Mayer, a lifelong resident of Tacoma and a graduate of Pepperdine University operates Mayer Built Homes. Joe has grown up in a building family, watching his father build in three states prior to entrance into the business in 1992. Joe's goal is to make each home buyer truly satisfied with their purchase and to provide excellent customer service.

	Debbie Lea, project administrator and customer relations specialist for Mayer Built Homes, has more than twenty years of experience in construction. At one time, she operated her own building business before joining Mayer Built Homes in 1997. Debbie works directly with each homebuyer to make certain they truly satisfied with their home.

	Jeff Smith is lead Superintendent for Mayer Built Homes and brings 18 years of experience in home building construction. He worked for several other builders prior to joining our firm in early 1999.
